It’s the end of an era. Tommy Turowski, who provided us with the content for our weekly fishing reports, has hung up his tackle. When it came to fishing, Tommy had probably forgotten more about the subject than most us will ever know. A big thanks to Tommy for tracking the catch for the District’s reports all these years. We hope to have this great guy back one day soon.
Today’s Inlet forecast is for partly to mostly cloudy skies with a high in the mid-80s. Winds ESE at 10 to 20 mph. There will be a moderate chop on the intracoastal waters.
Our angler of the week is Matthew Pollack. On Mother’s Day, he and his crew hooked onto an impressive jack…later returned to the deep blue!
Send us your pics! We need photos and stories to include in upcoming fishing reports. If you want to be featured with your catch, send in a picture and the details of your fishing trip to the inlet by using the Contact Form on our website. Pictures work best vertical and if you center the person with their catch, leaving room on the sides. We try to publish all the ones we receive.
