Children and adults alike gathered at Sebastian Inlet's north shore on June 24  to remove approximately 21 pounds of discarded cigarette butts, plastics, bottle caps, aluminum cans and other litter during a quarterly cleanup hosted by Sebastian Inlet State Park, the Sebastian Inlet District and Coastal Connections, Inc. The cleanup events are held quarterly and draw people of all ages who care about Florida's natural places and enjoy spending time outdoors while giving back to the community. Coastal Connections, Inc., hosts cleanup events throughout the region. For more info about volunteering, go to coastal-connections.org/
