Ms. Stacy Busche earned an MBA from Texas A&M University and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Tarleton State University. In addition, she also earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting from WGU.

Ms. Busche has over fifteen years of accounting experience in small business, non-profits, and governmental entities. She joined the District in 2025 and manages all aspects of the District’s financial responsibilities, including budgeting, financial reporting, payroll and external audits. Ms. Bush performs a wide variety of complex, technical functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the agency’s financial and administrative operations.  

Prior to this role, Stacy held the position of District Account Manager at Walker Schooler District Services in Colorado, managing fiscal auditing, monitoring, and compliance of public funds for many quasi-governmental entities and districts.

Stacy also held the position as a Senior Accountant at Springs Rescue Mission, a large homeless shelter in Colorado Springs, CO.  She has substantial experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper at MSENC Inc, managing all financial and accounting services for the small business.

In addition to her professional expertise, Stacy is dedicated to community service. She has volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (C.A.S.A), advocating for children involved with child protective services, and as a Community Volunteer with Meals on Wheels America, delivering meals and providing companionship to homebound individuals. Stacy has also contributed to the Optimist Club and served meals to those in need through Chive, supporting poverty alleviation efforts.

Stacy is known for her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills. She is proficient in various financial and accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and CCH Axcess. Her professional goal is to continue leveraging her expertise in financial management to support organizational growth and compliance, while contributing to strategic initiatives and development.
