2013 Regional Economic Benefits Analysis of Sebastian Inlet
The Sebastian Inlet District commissioned Cardno ENTRIX economists in 2013 to evaluate the regional economic benefits of Sebastian Inlet. Findings show that:
♦ $93 million in business revenue is generated per year for regional businesses ♦ $48 million in annual income is created for regional businesses and residents ♦ 970 local jobs supported ♦ Almost $8 million is generated each year in state and local tax revenues and fees
All told, when considering the impact on regional property values, the annaul economic impact of Sebastian Inlet was estimated at $200M.
