Scope of Work and Project Improvements

In June 2025, the District completed Phase 1 of the North Jetty Revetment Improvement Project, rebuilding and improving 210 feet of the jetty. The North Jetty Improvement Project – Phase 2 and 3 continues the rehabilitation of the Sebastian Inlet North Jetty structure.  Phase 2 and 3 portions of the project entails:

  • Installation of 48 pre-stressed concrete piles
  • Placement of concrete beams
  • Construction of new jetty decking
  • Installation of supplemental four-foot diameter granite armor stone and three-foot diameter crib stone 

The Project was Bid on July 31, 2026 and August 4, 2026.
